These terms govern your use of the Shelfish app and website. By using Shelfish, you agree to them.

Who can use Shelfish

You must be at least 18 and able to form a binding contract. You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your login secure.

Scouting and catches

When you submit a catch, you confirm it is your own honest observation and that you have the right to share the photo. You grant Shelfish a license to use submitted content to operate the service and to provide insights to brand and retailer partners. Don’t submit false, misleading, or unlawful content, and follow each store’s rules while scouting.

Pearls and rewards

Pearls, streaks, and badges have no cash value except where we explicitly offer redemption, and may change as the program evolves. We may withhold rewards for catches that fail verification or violate these terms.

Acceptable use

No fraudulent, automated, or bulk-fabricated submissions.
No harassment, trespassing, or unsafe behavior in stores.
No attempts to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or misuse the service.

Availability & changes

We provide Shelfish “as is” and may modify or discontinue features. We may update these terms; continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Shelfish is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Nothing here limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
